Cancellation and Refund Policy
To reserve your space in the Autumn Artist Retreat, a $200.00 deposit is required. Deposit is fully refundable if cancelled by 9/1 or if your spot can be filled from the waiting list. Payment due in full by 9/23. Fully paid registered spaces are transferable in the event you are unable to attend at the last minute. Cancellation and/or Travel Insurance is encouraged. Autumn Artist Retreat or any subsidiaries cannot be held responsible for your cancellation for any reason. Should Autumn Artist Retreat need to cancel the event, any monies you have paid will be refunded in full.
I agree to hold the organizers of Autumn Artist Retreat harmless for any claim or injury, loss, or damage to me or to any person accompanying me.

Submit

IMPORTANT - Registrations will be processed in the order they were received. There are a limited number of spots available. A $200 deposit is required to secure your place. Once your deposit has been processed you will receive a confirmation letter by email verifying your reserved space at the retreat. You will also receive periodic information by email before the retreat that will provide you with all the details about the schedule, classes, kits, supply information and additional information. Please make sure you provide a valid email address and updates if it changes.
Your deposit must be received within one week of your notification email by check or money order to secure your space. Failure to submit your deposit within that time frame could result in a forfeiture of your space.
Payment of balance is by check or money order due September 1st.
