Cancellation and Refund Policy
To reserve your space in the Autumn Artist Retreat, a $200.00 deposit is required. Deposit is fully refundable if cancelled by 9/1 or if your spot can be filled from the waiting list. Payment due in full by 9/23. Fully paid registered spaces are transferable in the event you are unable to attend at the last minute. Cancellation and/or Travel Insurance is encouraged. Autumn Artist Retreat or any subsidiaries cannot be held responsible for your cancellation for any reason. Should Autumn Artist Retreat need to cancel the event, any monies you have paid will be refunded in full.
